		<description>Wendy, Thank you for the timely and insightful article. I believe that many women struggle with striking a balance between their femininity and their role as a leader. One point that especially stood out for me was Kohlrieser's "managing conflict for a win-win outcome." I see many female entrepreneurs get TOO caught up in "fairness" and an understanding of what "win-win" really means. Would love to hear your insights!</description>

It causes me to wonder what might happen if that became our collective mantra.  Attracting and retaining wisdom seeking women could become effortless.</description>
